We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Litigation Technology Support/E-Discovery to join us in our Cypress, California office. KPMG ForensicSM uses computer forensic and data analysis techniques to help our clients detect fraudulent activity and other forms of misconduct. In addition, KPMG LLP, the U.S. member firm, operates the Cypress Technology Center, which offers sophisticated technology tools and skilled professionals to help clients reduce litigation costs and risks in the areas of evidence and discovery management and the acquisition, management, and analysis of large data sets. Responsibilities: * Utilize the various tools available to KPMG for data processing, hosting, and production during the life cycles of client projects * Facilitate client and internal team meetings * Document client objectives, assumptions and requirements * Monitor progress against the plan throughout the project/delivery cycle including time, budget, and quality measures * Report project progress internally and externally * Identify processes and quality improvements on an ongoing process as well as part of a post-project analysis * Coordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints * Handle confidential client data * Proactively apply quality management, change control, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction control procedures * Effectively organize project documents and supporting material * Understand and assimilate different requirements and changes, and capture those in project updates and communicate to the project team * Manage multiple priorities and projects * Lead small groups of technical and non-technical staff for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming initiatives * Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical and internal and external audiences through verbal and/or written communication Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university * Four years of experience working with the litigation discovery process, experience with large-scale document production and trial preparation * Outstanding teamwork, organizational and analytical skills * Attention to detail and time management skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Effective project management and multitasking skills and the ability to execute multiple priorities and projects daily * Deliver in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with various levels of management * Experience using Microsoft SQL and Access KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
