Senior Associate - Exempt Organizations Tax

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Tax Exempt Organizations (ExoTax) Practice in our Seattle office. Responsibilities: * Prepare and review Forms 990 and 990-PF and provide advice to clients regarding exempt organizations and tax return issues * Work in, and be part of, a multi-disciplinary team * Keep up-to-date on current tax practices * Provide industry knowledge and experience * Develop and train staff level team members Qualifications: * Two years of federal exempt organizations tax experience * Strong skills in reviewing Forms 990 and 990-PF information returns * Able to provide tax planning and advisory services to colleges and universities, public charities, private foundations, healthcare entities, and other types of tax-exempt entities * Knowledge of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) codes and exempt organization tax matters * Strong client interaction skills * Bachelor's degree in Accounting and one or more of the following: Master's in Taxation, JD, LLM, or CPA from an accredited college/university KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
