Duties: * Maintain all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting functions for at least six properties (balance sheet reconciliations, AP, AR, GL, P&L analysis). * Perform quarterly accounting training to property staff on the accounting expectations and procedures at the property level. * Foster positive and productive relationships with corporate and property related staff. * Travel to properties to conduct on-site audits. Must Have's: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Econ. * At least three years of GL and month-end experience. * Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships in a corporate environment. * Travel - MUST be willing to travel two to three weeks/yr. There is more opportunity for growth if willing to travel more.
