Senior Accountanr

Small but well- established trade show/exhibit, graphic design company in southeast bay looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our Finance Department.

Requirements:

-          Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.

-          A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full cycle accounting including A/R, A/R, G/L, month-end and year end close.

-          Cost Accounting hands-on experience

-          Highly organized and detailed-oriented

-          Punctual and reliable

-          Able to work well with others

-          Must have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

-          Proficient with ACCPAC, Quotewerks and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

-          Job Costing

-          Full Cycle A/R and A/P including reconciliation to G/L

-          Commission Calculation

-          Participating in Month End and Year End Close

-          Helping with the facilitation of IT functions

-          Participating in organizing all office events

-          Fixed Asset Monitoring and Management

 

 

This position requires an assertive person who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take over any tasks when needed. This position will also interact with other departments and the highest level of executive management from time to time therefore a confident attitude, an ability to communicate clearly and to provide precise and correct information are very important.
