Sales Assistant
Van Wagner Outdoor established outdoor advertising firm has an opportunity for a high-energy individual to join the sales team as a sales assistant in their Sports and Event Marketing Division in Studio City, CA.
The ideal candidate must be sports & entertainment minded highly organized and motivated, detail oriented, creative, and a self starter with a goal of entry level sales.
If you have a passion for ESPN, NASCAR, NFL, NCAA, MLB, feature films, network television events, cable television releases and music festivals we would like to hear from you.
The responsibilities of the position require, but are not limited to:
Assist Los Angeles & New York Sales Team with design, organization, and distribution of sales materials and proposals.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations
Researching sporting events, nationwide outdoor festivals, feature film and television releases.
Construction and development of marketing/media kits
Day-to-day administration duties
Inside Sales
Required Experience:
4 year College Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working understanding of Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Acrobat
One year of Advertising agency / media buying experience preferred but not required
