Hi-tech company is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to be a part of the financial reporting team. This position offers a great opportunity for growth and reports to the Director of Financial Reporting.Job Description: Prepare consolidated financial statements for SEC filing including the 10K, 10Q and earning releases including financial statement schedules and disclosures. Analyze and reconcile certain financial statement accounts. Research GAAP and SEC accounting information. Perform other projects as assigned.Requirements: 1-2 years related experience with public accounting BA/BS in Accounting/Finance Understanding of GAAP and SEC/financial reporting requirements CPA or on CPA track required Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
