Resort Financial Analyst

We are a leader in the industry of resort and timeshare management and are currently seeking a Resort Financial Analyst in our Corporate San Diego office.  Minimum of 5 years hospitality accounting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include monthly Financial Statement review and preparation, period end and year end closing, bank statements and general ledger reconciliation, Accounts Payable, budgeting, cashflow analysis, and Accounts Receivable.  Working knowledge of balance sheet accounting is required.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel background with basic knowledge of Oracle accounting software.  Good understanding of hospitality accounting. Must be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision.  Must have the ability to multi-task and meet dealine requirements.

Required Skills:

Financial statement preparation

Balance Sheet reconciliation

Month End and Year End Closing

Cashflow Analysis

Strong analysis experience

4 year degree in Accounting

Fluent in Spanish
