Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Established in 1968, Harbor Freight Tools is a fast growing, well established privately held retail company opening stores across the United States. We currently operate over 270 stores in 44 states with plans to open over 30 stores per year. We are seeking a Regional Loss Prevention Manager to join our Finance Department in our headquarters located in Camarillo, CA.
Loss Prevention Investigator/Auditor Responsibilities:
Assist in development of programs to reduce inventory shrink and controllable lossesProvide periodic reporting of internal and external investigationsProactively resolve audit discrepancies and address store vulnerabilitiesLiaison with field auditors in resolving theft/fraud casesReview, analyze, and react to historical and present factors related to shrinkDevelop investigative leads through exception-based reporting
Qualifications Include:
Minimum three years progressive multi-store retail loss prevention experienceKnowledgeable in retail loss prevention methods, investigative techniques, laws, and industry practicesExperience in loss prevention reporting software Strong analytical and conceptual skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAble to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal skills and development of cross-departmental relationshipsDemonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel
