Come join our award winning team and enhance your skills in a full time, part time or per diem position.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or other related field. Masters Degree or clinical licenses (RN, MD, etc.) strongly preferred. Five (5)+ years of progressive experience in specified technical area. Project management experience in health care preferred. Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi disciplinary perspectives. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses. Effective leadership, project management, and consulting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors. Duties: As the Project manager will be accountable for the development, implementation, completion of project for senior executives and other key clients. Plans and facilitates meetings. Ensure strategic direction of projects is in line with organizational business plan. Provide general oversight, leadership and technical direction. Provide leadership to multi disciplinary teams, as well as manages work of outside consultants. Make formal presentations to various senior level audiences. Establish procedures and best practices regarding implementation of project outcome. Develop training program for different levels of audiences. Establish effective professional business relationships and communication with all levels of management. Provide leadership to other Project Managers. May develop and manage a department including recruiting, coaching, performance evaluation of staff. Candidate must have a strong Accounting/Finance background that can take responsibility for the day-to-day financial performance of Pharmacy Operations. This responsibility will include modeling, forecasting, and analysis to monitor and improve the financial performance of Pharmacy. This postion will also work closely with Pharmacy Finance to respond to any requests for financial information and reports. Establishes procedures regarding implementation of project outcome. Assesses project impact on workforce. May include developing training program for different levels of audiences. Establishes effective professional business relationships with all levels of management. Instructs and educates on all aspects of project. May develop and manage a department, including recruiting, coaching, performance evaluation of staff. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Preferred: Experience with financial analysis/accounting, forecasting, budgets. Must have excellent computer skills, including excel, word and powerpoint. Must be able to work independently and be results oriented. Must have strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial controls.Notes: Work schedule to vary as required.
