Major Responsibilities

40% of Time: Communications Provide primary communications support to members of Technology team. Major projects may include, but may not be limited to News, article placements, Pod cast programs & internal newsletter support. Provide support for presentations focusing on products, programs & achievements. Work with project managers to identify successful host sites that can be used as case studies. Coordinate with other members of Communications Team to ensure that messaging and activities are aligned and coordinated with other communications activities.

20% of Time: Manage Collateral Development Work with Teams to provide project management support in the development of internal and customer-facing collateral for the program.  The project management will include creating timelines, providing content, reviewing drafts, and completing claims review.

25% of Time: Events Manage requests from Emerging Technologies Program Managers, Services and Sales, and other key stakeholders for participation in community events, conferences, or tradeshows.  Provide key planning support for events hosted and/or coordinated by team.  Working closely with Events Coordinator, provide logistical support for external events sponsored or staffed by program.  Prioritize conference attendance & work withprogram managers to identify speaking opportunities.  Work with Events Coordinator to facilitate the design of graphics for use at tradeshows as well as the ordering and maintaining inventory of promotional giveaways. Manage the day-to-day activities required to ensure successful events and customer satisfaction.  This may include attending internal and external events to promote Emerging Technologies Programs as well as providing expertise in booth planning, materials selection, and logistics. 

10% of Time: Provide support to Communications team on special projects, such as ad hoc requests from officers, directors, outside parties and stakeholders, internal partners, etc.

5% of Time: Comply with all safety requirements within Company's standard practices and skills development processes – ensure a safe work environment for self and others
