We are looking for someone to join a team of Project Accountants within a well established real estate development organization.  This organization has been around for almost 100 years and has very strong tenure within their accounting group because of their commitment to providing a great work environment.  The role itself will be working and managing all accounting aspects for 3-4 of their projects including setting up the estimates, working with sub contractors on billing/AP issues, analyzing contracts for percentage of completion, as well as work-in-progress, bank reconciliations, variance analysis, as well as month-end close. 

This role requires a candidate that has their Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of accounting experience including exposure with full cycle accounting or being involved with analyzing contracts and determining accounting treatment based on certain information.
