Professional Secretary

Shorstein & Shorstein, P.A., a well established Jacksonville-based CPA firm providing business and individual clients since 1959 with a comprehensive range of services from accounting and tax preparation to estate planning, business consulting and management advisory solutions has an immediate opening for a professional secretary.

 

This diverse and busy position requires a dependable, detail minded and highly efficient individual with a stable work history and strong computer skills.  Previous experience using Word Perfect, Word and Excel is required as well as employment references that reflect a positive work ethic and a team-oriented personality.  The ability to follow instructions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office is essential.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Creating/transcribing various forms of correspondence, reports, schedules

Performing receptionist/front desk duties

Processing tax returns and statements

Route office clerical duties

Communicating effectively with clients and co-workers

Handling special projects as assigned
