Customers are both internal and external. Processing Representatives support these processes by: Gathering and researching requests Data entry / Claims tracking Problem resolution General clerical support 1 Year in Production-Based/Measured Goal environment (Call Center, Processing, Administrative) Ability to type 25+ words per minute (WPM) Ten key by touch preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast pace, repetitive work environment Experience toggling between multiple computer application screens to retrieve customer data Basic clerical skills, to include the ability to read/write sufficiently to file, retrieve, proof, and edit routine office correspondence, reports and forms Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred Experience on Micro-fiche and Roll-film machines preferredWashington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
