Description

Looking for a highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic pricing organization.

Responsibilities include Auditing and Pricing estimating activities.

The position will be responsible for the following:
1) Preparation of cost proposals,
2) Proposal documentation for company products and services,
3) Understanding of proposal contract types,
4) Integrating and analyzing customer statements of work,

5) Auditing the prices within contracts and verifying their accuracy,

6) Auditing and fact finding on contracts/proposals.

7) Working 50 hour work weeks

Assist in formulating basic strategies, including identifying request for proposal requirements, proposal plan of action, cost volume strategies, pricing, profit analysis, risk analysis and government proposal compliance requirements.

Provide financial assistance to program management and marketing in various pricing and estimating activities.

Ensure timely response to internal and external customer requests, proposal deadlines and program issues.

Education
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Finance or Accounting required


Requirements

4 year degree

Auditing pricing and negotiation experience

1+ years of experience
Requires pricing and negotiation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year experience with FAR

Must have experience developing pricing proposals

Must have experience working with commercial contracts.
Estimating and cost analysis process related experience will be a plus.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with customers (internal and external) will be required.

Working knowledge of the following:
-J. D. Edwards (JDE) or any other large ERP system
-Financial Modeling
-Cost Accounting
