CITY/STATE: CA 95815POSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Accounting/Finance/InsuranceSALARY: 50,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD /year REFERENCE CODE: 384576SS Pricing Analyst     Responsibilities: • Develop daily custom quotes for sales and manage the quotation process • Coordinate with sales, sales engineers, product managers and senior management • Work with systems developers to enhance web-based quotation tools • Work with product management to maintain accurate product pricing databases • Prepare and analyze customer pricing requests and the overall economics of each opportunity. Identify creative ways to meet customer needs yet still achieve overall economics required by business financial plan • Compile and review customer and Bill and Material status reports on a monthly basis • Interact with different departments by providing financial/analytical assistance in analyzing cost information, product performance etc. • Use financial know-how to forecast profit potential of new product ideas, new business ideas and existing activities Qualifications: • B.S. Degree • At least 2 years of relevant experience in pricing and financial modeling plus solid understanding of computer technology products and services is required • Specific product management and/or financial experience with managed IP networking and security (i.e. firewall, IDS ) services is a definite plus • Proficient with computers, particularly Excel and Access • Applicants must be professional, analytical, detail oriented, responsible, willing to take initiative and have outstanding communication skills About Ledgent Ledgent is a full service accounting and finance placement firm offering temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire staffing services.
