We are currently looking for an experienced Revenue Accountant for a dynamic company in the downtown San Diego area.  This is a direct hire opportunity for a seasoned Revenue Accountant with experience in the hotel/ hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Educating and directing short and long term revenue management strategies (GDS, Internet and CRS)Creating and maintaining the Revenue Management Best Practices manualAnalyze results to determine effectiveness of pricing and selling strategies; incorporate knowledge gained into short-term and long-term strategic planningAssist DOSM in completing annual and day to day budgetPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports/revenue recapsEnsure overall data quality and rate integrity within all systemsPrepare and monitor 90-Day Rolling Forecast Develop, maintain and provide historical statistical data, and related analysis, for decision-making purposes

Qualifications for this position include:Bachelors DegreeFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelMinimum of 3-5 years as a Revenue ManagerExperience working in hotel/hospitality environmentExperience with multiple revenue management software and property management systemsExcellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
