Payroll Representative

A company in the entertainment industry is seeking a Payroll Representative.  Location is in the Presidio of San Francisco, offering free parking!  Responsibilities will include processing payroll for approximately 150 California employees including non-exempt, exempt and contracted employees.  Payroll is ran on a biweekly basis using ADP Pay eXpert.  Will also include auditing of timecards and tracking of deductions and paid time off accruals.  Qualified candidates will have about 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.  Must have experience using the Pay eXpert version of ADP specifically.  If you have prior experience in an entertainment/production or project based environment, this is a plus!  Prior general accounting experience including working with the GL is also helpful but not required.  Salary is $60-70k/yr DOE.  To be considered further, please email your resume to jmiller@accountantsinc.com Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
