Payroll Manager

Using proven technology, SunEdison delivers a complete service; we finance, install, own, operate and maintain photovoltaic power plants at the customer's facility.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Supports the Sales of Solar Power Service Agreements through the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the SalesForce CRM system. Configures SalesForce fields and reports to deliver cross-functional process measures. Monitors and maintains system inputs to deliver accurate sales pipeline information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates and publishes weekly reports and charts for management. Communicates with Sales Representatives, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to motivate proper system use and maintenance.Writes, edits, and publishes a SalesForce user guide.Supports all Sales Process changes with CRM re-configuration.Trains the cross-functional CRM users on process updates.Chairs weekly status meetings with Program Management and the Rebate team in order to update all post-contract fields.Keeps abreast of all Salesforce updates and advises management on potential implementation.Other Sales Operations tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
A college degree in business. Experience solving business problems.Experience working in a team environment.Ability to quickly become expert on a software application.Evidence of planning and delivering quality work on time.Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Enjoys working with others.
