You'll be guided by charismatic leaders who will inspire you to achieve the extraordinary. „« Assist patients in qualifying for and determining eligibility for Medical Insurance in the state of Arizona. „« Worked together with Hospital Director, Supervisors and staff. „« Use computer programs such as Trans-union, Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Hospital Manager reports used MS4 to maintain and update patient¡¦s information on daily basis. „« Work Self pay reports, Emdeon/Medifax Reports. „« Scheduled field visits for collection of information. „« Train new associates. „« Conduct audits „« Provide Bilingual customer service support „« Responsible for out and inbound calls, voice mail, and emails. „« Help assist treat and release patients at different hospitals that do not have medical coverage with the AHCCCS process. „« Notify the hospital when a patient has been approved for AHCCCS so their hospital bill will be taken care of.

Must have experience in AHCCCS or Out of State Medicaid Eligabilty or Experience Interviewing for AHCCCS or Out of State Eligabilty.
