Job Title: Part Time Stock Plan Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

The position has a responsibility for all aspects of equity plan administration including management, administration, coordination, reporting, and reconciliation of our global equity compensation programs. Process stock grants, terminations and exercises Reconcile monthly and quarterly stock activity to verify all stock transactions to source documents Maintain integrity of data in Equity Edge Database Assist with FAS 123 (R) calculations for quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures and forecasting Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records of all stock plan activities are maintained. Coordinates and monitors information flow and communications between, internal partners, employees and optionees. Calculate tax withholding requirements with support from payroll on any required withholdings from option exercises/award vests in compliance with the applicable country, federal, state, and/or IRS regulations. Maintain positive relationships with internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll to ensure successful implementation of global equity programs. Provide excellent customer service Perform other duties as required

 

Qualifications:Ideal candidate has 4+ years global stock administration experience from a mid-size to large company background. BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance International Stock Admin experience Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of Equity Edge, Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
