Para-Professional, Bookkeeper
Job Description:
Responsible for recording transactions, posting debits and credits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, generating invoices and monthly statements for clients. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Proficiency with QuickBooks a plus. Must be able to learn proprietary systems/applications quickly. Must be willing to travel to a variety of client locations within Fairfield County.
Work experience requirements:
· One or more years experience in a bookkeeping/Para-professional related position.
· Proficient with QuickBooks.
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
Education Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
