PAYROLL SPECIALIST - CANADIAN & US EMPLOYEES

Responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll for 3,000+ biweekly exempt/non-exempt employees, calculating garnishments, balancing transactions, and completing special projects.   Duties include reporting, sorting, journal entries of expenses, and 401K monthly payments. Payroll tax experience is a plus!  This role will be working closely with the Human Resources department.   If you are extremely deadline oriented and have high attention to detail, then you might be the person for this job!   Must have knowledge of Canadian Payroll, MS Excel, and experience with a payroll system (ADP Payroll a plus).   Must have one year minimum of payroll experience.
