PART TIME BOOKKEEPER
PART TIME BOOKKEEPER
A rapidly growing West Los Angeles commercial Insurance Brokerage is looking for a part time bookkeeper. This is an 8 hour a week position.Candidate can work 1 day a week or two days half time. Hours are flexible. Prior insurance agency accounting experience is a must. must be comfortable either working on agency management software or able to learn computer programs quickly.
Duties include:Handling day to day function of bookkeeping Accounts payable Accounts receivableReconciliation of carrier direct bill statementsAgency trust accounting reconciliation of bank accountsProcessing of bimonthly payroll. Able to work independently but needs to be able to interact with other members of company.
