Order Administrator/Analyst

Order Administrator/Coordinator/Manager NEEDED!!!Responsible for managing the integrity and accuracy of the Order Entry function. You will work closely with the Finance and Sales Groups to process incoming orders insuring the accuracy of order information, validity of contracts and commitment paperwork, and timeliness of product shipments. Knowledge of the products and how they interact together coupled with a strong financial background will be  key to assisting the sales force with any questions pertaining to customers or order booking requirements.Experience with software contracts, licensing agreements, and software revenue recognition rules preferred. Excellent communication, judgment, organization skills as well as strong attention to detail are essential to this position.
