Onsite Account Analyst

AIM Healthcare is currently seeking an On-Site Account Analyst(RAM), whose primary responsibility will include reviewing, analyzing, and recovering overpayments. The successful candidate will possess strong math skills, is self-guided and enjoys working independently. Candidates must demonstrate business acumen, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage business relationships within assigned hospitals.
For this role, AIM Healthcare provides five weeks of company paid training, including three weeks at our corporate campus in the Nashville area.
The position pays salary plus monthly and quarterly performance-based bonuses/incentives. AIM Healthcare employee benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life, short & long term disability, vacation and personal time, and 401(k).

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written/presentation). All qualified candidates will be assessed for job-related skills including math proficiency and Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Access). Position may require regional travel.
