Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  S9-05051-524019 Location:  CA 94104 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Assistant Controller, performs professional accounting work for the foreign offices and subsidiaries, including preparation of financial, tax-related, and statistical reports and work papers for the firm.  Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, assists in the preparation of the annual budget reports and schedules.Assists in the preparation of the annual budget, and related schedules and reports.Duties include preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.  Assists in the preparation and publication of the firm’s financial statements, and time and billing reports, and preparation of tax and financial work papers for the annual review and tax return. Education: College education with Bachelor’s or degree in accounting desirable.
