Medical Billing & Coding Supervisor - Neenah

 

SVA Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Supervisor to manage and coordinate the overall operations of its recently opened Neenah medical billing office.  This department provides medical billing, coding and reimbursement services to numerous health care clients.  Job responsibilities include implementing organization policy and instructions to staff to achieve the goals and objectives for the department, coordinating and evaluating the daily production ensuring that assigned work meets production standards and is handled in a timely manner, acting as the main contact for clients, assisting with monthly corporate billing, special projects, and managing the needs of the office such as equipment maintenance and schedules. 

 



We are looking for a candidate with the following:

 

· Strong supervisor skills to assure the accurate and timely completion of tasks related to the billing functions. 

· 2+ years of experience in a healthcare billing setting.

· 2+ years of experience managing and supervising staff.

· Facility or office management experience.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong proficiency with Word and Excel.

· Knowledge of medical billing policies, procedures and concepts.

· Demonstrates excellent team leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
