Must have supervisory experience...2-3 years would be ideal. POSITION SUMMARY: Support the organization in providing analytics in all aspects of financial, operational, sales and statistical studies. The position will focus on independent project-based work, analyze trends affecting the organization and provide financial oversight, leadership and support. The position will play a pivotal role in all aspects of company wide strategic and operations improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include: identifying issues, forming hypothesis, mining and analyzing data, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations to implement change. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Responsible for competitive financial analysis and statistical research • Review forecasts for all divisions and business opportunities • Identify, analyze and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth and productivity • Responsible for recommending financial strategic alternatives • Perform analysis that support findings and recommendations on critical initiatives • Help communicate findings and recommendations to business group leadership • Provide the business analytic “horsepower” to help drive initiatives that are critical to the ongoing growth of the company • Perform due diligence and build financial models for potential new business opportunities including expected revenues and associated risks • Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement as necessary CRITICAL CHALLENGES/UNIQUE KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily.
