Manager/Comptroller/Accounts Payable

  Oversees Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping and Human Resources.  Assists with any overload on the above. Verifies payroll. Keeps track of the Master List bill payments, ensures they go out on time. Authorizes bill payments and other checks to be sent. Coordinates refund processing with the Bookkeeper. Keeps track of the daily balances for all offices, including Corporate. Assists Owner with communicating and implementing ideas down through management channels. Assists Owner with miscellaneous external projects. Keeps a calendar to track all due dates for Owner internally for the company and externally. Keeps track of and assists Owner with all matters concerning external properties. Places employment ads and assists Owner with any other marketing, internal and external. Coordinates all travel (reserves flights, rental cars, etc.). Ensures new staff are trained on all protocols concerning items sent to Corporate (Lab Bill Protocol, Payroll Protocol, Refund Protocol, etc.).
