· Qualified candidate will possess 2 - 3 years collection experience in deficiency and recovery balance accounts.

·Skip-tracking and third party agency experience is required.

·Legal/Bankruptcy collection experience required.

· Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, dependable,team player who is open to a fast pace call center environment.
