Drive the activities and behaviors that support front office operations for the FC Network on key business initiatives. Work with FC Distribution teams, internal teams, and business partners to ensure the accurate implementation of initiatives, procedures and regulatory adherence. This position will be responsible for data, metrics and developing reporting to provide insights into the business that will drive pro-active management action. Reporting will also be used for root cause analysis and business reviews. *Expert Excel skills *Working knowledge of SQL Server databases *Working knowledge of Oracle databases *Visual Basic for Applications programming *MS Access maintenance and design *3 to 7 years of successful operations experience *Must be proficient in Word and PowerPoint Washington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
