They are searching for an Accountant and very enthusiastic about speaking with qualified candidates to work at their beautiful Los Angeles, CA location. This is a 3 month temporary opportunity Requirements: Must have 2 or more years experience in a Financial Analyst A Bachelors Degree is required Good knowledge of GAAP Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookJob Description: Perform monthly bank account reconciliations. Monthly non cash account reconciliations for GL accounts. Prepare and upload monthly and general journal entries. Research and resolve problems pertaining to sales order support Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding returns, refunds, change orders, order cancellations, etc. Assist with documenting departmental internal controls, policies, and procedures. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding returns, refunds, change orders, order cancellations, etc. Prepare schedules required for the external financial audit as assigned. Create and update desktop procedures for all assigned tasks. Miscellaneous research projects as assigned by the Manager of Accounting.
