International Tax

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team of professionals who work closely with business units and assist them as they establish and maintain their presence in this growing company. Company currently has a presence in U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

You will provide support and experienced guidance to members of your team for all appropriate functional or business unit tasks. This includes providing support for the team's effort to ensure that all filing requirements are completed on a timely and accurate basis for the business units; in tax audits of the company and its subsidiaries; to communicate tax planning opportunities & advice to the business units and maintain the visibility of Tax Services within the company. You will also provide moderate to high-level research. 

Requirements:

5 – 8 years of experience with the majority of that time in international tax; require that a judicious amount of that time was with a large CPA firm or in a corporate tax department.



Bachelors degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required or equivalent experience.



Masters degree in Tax or Accounting and/or CPA license preferred.  Moderate experience in a large CPA firm/corporate tax department required.

Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Excel and Word and tax compliance
software (preferably InSource RS).

Ensures the completion of the tax returns and estimated tax payments for the business units (forms 1120, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118)



Provides the tax inputs for the financial plans for the business units.



Identifies, quantifies and communicates tax planning strategies, including researching and developing the most tax efficient action plan and/or ownership structure.



Prepares and reviews the company's responses to auditor's information data requests and notice of proposed adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.



Analyzes and quantifies the impact to the company of current and proposed tax legislation.Paid Relocation
