International Recruiter Summary
Our global non-profit client is seeking an International Recruiter to join their team in the Washington, DC metro area immediately. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in the non-profit sector. This candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes, evaluate and classify job descriptions, research and provide suggestions on recruiting strategies to effectively and efficiently reach qualified candidates. The ideal candidate must be able to establish strong working relationships with internal clients to maintain an integrated team approach in order to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline.

This position is for 1-2 months, but could go perm for the right candidate.
