Internal Audit Manager $95,000 to $115,000 USD plus bonus

CPA or CIA is required. Experience leading a team of CPA's in an Internal Audit Sox compliant role. This position reports to an Assistant Director of Sox.Lead Sox projects- prepare/update documentation and identify design deficiencies.Train and assist staff Develop control self-assessment, review their testing results and identify operating deficiencies. If necessary, perform testing. Coordinate with process owners for the remediation of the design/operating deficiencies. Assist Internal Audit Director to keep track of the progress of the project to ensure the completion within a deadline and budget. Direct interface with external auditors for their annual audit.Plan and perform an audit projectsPerform other duties as assigned. Ability to travel approximately 4 weeks a yearBachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA/CIA preferredplus at least 5 years experience in accounting and auditing2 or more years leading staff Individual must have experience in implementing Sox. Strong computer skills and in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
