HUMAN EXE The Administrative Direct Hire Division of Staffing Now,Inc. is currently reviewing applications for HumanResource Manager in South Broward, Florida for aestablished Medical Supply Company.RESPONSIBILITIES: o -Develop, maintain, and administer an effectivecompensation, wage, and employee benefit programs.-Maintain governmental compliance through EqualEmployment Opportunity practices.-Develop and maintain a respectable image both internalto the company and externally within the community.-Provide continual ongoing training programs for allemployees and assist in employee career development.-Provide effective feedback to employees on matters ofmutual concern to employee and company.-Investigate employee relation issues such as employeecomplaints, harassment allegations and recommendappropriate action.-Oversee the areas of employment, affirmative action,performance appraisal programs, personnel recordkeeping, unemployment claims. -Develop recruiting strategies for hourly and salariedpositions. Interview, select, and hire candidates inconjunction with the hiring manager.-Prepare and maintain payroll thru company payroll.-Assist in the development and implementation of companyspecific policies, procedures, and programs to achieveand maintain compliance with relevant laws andregulations.Requirement Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business orrelated field required. PHR or SPHR preferred2. 5+ years of related work experience as an HR Manageror Senior HR Generalist.3. Knowledge of the interpretation of laws andregulations, as well as standards and enforcementagencies for EEOC, wage and hour, unemployment andworkers' compensation and other laws affectingemployees.4. Administrative skills in budgeting, wage and salaryadministration.5. Able to effectively manage and motivate employees.6. Ability to communicate effectively with executivemanagement, staff and external customers.7. Must have excellent problem solving skills and findeffective solutions.
