DJO is a global provider of medical devices that provide solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management. We are currently seeking a Grant Administrator /Administrative Assistant in our Vista location. This position provides administrative support to the DJO Professional Review Committee (PRC) and all related PRC processes. Requirements:

Education Associates degree strongly preferred. Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience Five or more years of administrative experience required, preferably within a healthcare environment. Requires demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.Must be organized and have a great eye for detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Effective communication skills, good judgment and common sense regarding the handling and release of confidential and sensitive data.Must be a team player and available to work overtime as deemed necessary by the VP of Corporate Compliance or designee.Must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks as requested by Supervisor.Requires the ability to handle multiple simultaneous activities, in an organized and effective manner, within a fast paced environment.Requires the willingness and ability to take on various tasks and projects in the department as the job functions change daily, depending on the workload.Requires the ability to take direction from multiple team members.
