¥ Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or business related field is required. Master’s degree desired and CPA would be a bonus.
¥ 5-10 years professional related experience.
¥ Commercial Construction Accounting Experience ¥ Contract & Subcontract preparation & negotiation ¥ Insurance & bonding ¥ Risk Analysis ¥ Administration Management
¥ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
