Government Contracts Consulting Senior Manager

As a Government Contracts Consulting Senior Manager, your client engagements may involve:FAR/CAS/OMB Circular Consultation Compliance Program Development Indirect Rate Structuring Program/Project Management Request for Equitable Adjustment/Claims Government Audit Support Services Pricing Strategy and Proposal Preparation Contract Administration Services Fraud Investigations/Forensic Accounting Incurred Cost Submission Preparation Bid Protest and Dispute Resolution

As a Senior Manager at this firm, you will:Assume responsibility for all phases of engagements and deal directly with clients in accomplishing goals and objectives Supervise staff and senior consultants Participate in college and experienced hire recruiting activities Develop and implement a personal plan which sets goals for professional and practice development Contribute to the general management of the consulting group

Strong candidates have some combination of government contract accounting, finance, contract management and compliance background in a professional service firm.

Basic qualifications required for Senior Manager:An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field At least 8 years of experience with FAR and CAS requirements and other federal procurement regulations Previous experience in a professional services environment The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills Strong project management and facilitation skills Integrity within a professional environment
