Fixed Assets Accountant
Dynamic, High-Tech, South Bay Company seeks an experienced, hands on accountant to oversee all areas of fixed assets. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Capitalize monthly fixed assets using Fixed Asset System (FAS) Process fixed assets transfers, disposals and additions Close monthly fixed asset sub-ledger Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger accounts to general ledger Prepare monthly journal entries Reconcile fixed asset accumulated depreciation accounts to general ledger Maintain quarterly roll forward schedules Qualifications: 5 years of Fixed Assets/GL Experience B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Finance ERP experience and intermediate to advance Excel Working knowledge of GAAP Strong analytical and problem solving skills All interested candidates, please email your resume, availability to start a new position, and salary expectations to: nramirez@accountantsinc.com Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
