The team support WW Sales, Sales Operations and Channels/Alliances team through detailed financial analysis and business partnering in areas such as go-to market coverage, productivity, forecasting, profitability analysis, detailed understanding of our field selling cost envelope   Activities include: Detailed cost analysis of sales commission expense Work with the regional finance teams to improve our understanding of sales commission expense and accruals Work alongside Sales Operations in compensation plan design activities including model cost implications of compensation plan framework drivers Be finance focal point for all compensation related matters including incentives, quota deployment     If you are ready to learn and contribute within a small, flexible team, and in a dynamic and exciting business environment, this job is for you.
