This role is ideal for the financial professional with a strong interest and aptitude for IT.  Specific Duties1. Travel required for onsite client implementation and training2. Troubleshoot client reported problems of software modules. This troubleshooting may bea combination of in house testing, on site testing, or working with Vendor support or in -housestaff to resolve Trouble Report and possible programming issues.3. Responsible for maintaining installations of current supported version of software moduleson personally assigned notebook computer4. Responsible for continuous training on software modules in house with senior consultantand technical staff5. Assist in maintaining software manual and all related documentation6. Perform tasks assigned by Consulting Manager/Senior Consultant in a timely manner Required Skills:· Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Computer Science· 2-4 years experience in application software training and/or data management· Previous travel experience with work is an asset.
