The Mergis Group is seeking a Financial Analyst with prior M & A or financial services background in valuation. This position is located in Palm Beach County.Financial Analyst / Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst Description: Key position in high visibility corporate development group. Group identifies & analyzes potential acquisition / merger candidates, executes mergers and acquisitions with senior management. Working closely with former investment banker who heads the corporate development group, the canddiate would complete detailed valuation and credit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of corporate acquisitions.
