Finance Manager, Internet Media

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

- Analyzing financial results for business units and provide analysis / recommendations

- Developing finance and business presentations for board and executive meetings, internal/external communications, and other ad-hoc situations.

- Assisting with compliance to SOX and related corporate governance initiatives

- Helping improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes

- Participating in the forecasting and planning process, including development of global assumptions and templates

- Assisting in the close process, SEC reporting and other filing processes

- Assisting Corporate Accounting as needed


This position will be based in Travelzoo's Silicon Valley Office and will report to the CFO.



Requirements:

- 5+ years, with minimum 3 years Big Four or Regional CPA firm experience

- Experience with an Internet Media company preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

- Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task

- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment

- Analytical skills

- International experience preferred

- Experience with consolidations is a plus

- Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Finance or Accounting required

- CPA preferred
