Finance Manager - Financial Controls / 08-09442

Position Description:JOB OVERVIEW:This position is within the Internal Audit department and will interact with management, process owners, internal and external auditors.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assist in scoping of significant accounts and processes• Coordinate process walkthroughs with process owners and external audit• Supervise and perform as necessary 404 related Tests of Control including Accounting and IT application testing and documentation.• Interface with Internal and External Audit on 404-related controls.• Perform internal status meetings with process owners and management• Perform 302-related Change Control meetings, reporting, and testing.• Coordinate updates to process documentation as required.• Ensure performance to budget and overall annual project results.Qualifications:• BA/BS in accounting, finance or related field. CPA desired but not required.• 8+ years progressive experience, including Controllership or Big 4• Knowledge and understanding of COSO framework• Experience implementing Sarbanes-Oxley requirements• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills• Knowledge of Peoplesoft or other ERP application is preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
