Finance Manager

Generate information for and provide advice to management that facilitates effective business decisions, ensure accuracy of cost and inventory, provide leadership in budgeting and planning, and direct the management reporting process. Responsibilities: •Direct the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes •Develop world class financial performance management tools •Analyze cost and other financial data and report findings to management •Provide financial reports to management in a timely manner •Ensure accurate cost of sales reporting and inventory valuation •Monitor performance of cost centers and products •Oversee the cost and business planning functions in Mexican facilities •Partner with team members in the new product development process •Provide guidance and training to subordinates Supervisory Responsibilities: There are 4 non-supervisory employees that report directly to this job. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Required Skills: Proficiency using MS Excel required. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment required.  Experience with a top tier ERP system required.  Experience with a top tier planning software tool (i.e. Hyperion, Cognos, OutlookSoft/SAP BPC) required.  Experience with MS SQL, MS Access or other database application a plus.Education Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from a four-year college or university and an MBA, experience managing a multi entity annual budget/planning process, with at least two years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.APPLY ON-LINE AT:  http://www.hotspring.com/EmployOpps/index.html  Company: : Watkins Manufacturing Corporation Email: : Apply by Email
