REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS  [We're looking for the best of the best!]:

In order to be considered for a position with this top accounting firm, you must: have a Minimum of TWO years of current (or fairly recent) public accounting experience in audit, tax, internal auditing / risk management, and/or business advisory/consulting.  meet CPA certification and have an active license to practice, or must be “actively” preparing to obtain the CPA or other relevant professional certification (CIA, CMA, CVA, etc.) be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship have demonstrated progressive leadership experience based on your responsibility level be willing to coach and mentor junior staff be able to communicate articulately verbally and in writing, and exhibit good judgment and logic possess good interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and project management skills NOTE:  Overnight travel requirements vary from Very Little to about thirty percent (30%).  In fact, this and many of the firms with which we work average twenty percent (20%) or LESS in overnight travel.  If you love to travel more, it is optional, but not required for you to do well.
