Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.FBRM Research Specialist Primary Responsibilities Include:· Thoroughly researching and resolving Business Partner Referrals in an timely, accurate, efficient and professional manner· Documenting all actions completed to resolve Referrals· Receiving, acknowledging, researching and resolving direct Homeowner Referrals · Providing information to ensure that Countrywide's business objectives are not compromised· Identifying, analyzing and reporting companywide areas in which improvements are necessary to produce maximum results, prevent unnecessary errors and reduce or prevent financial risk· Participating in ongoing "Know The Details" sessions to maintain updated knowledge and experience A Successful Candidate Will Have:· Completion of college coursework or equivalent· 1-3 year(s) experience using strong writing and communicational skills· Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Loan Servicing· PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other business-related software/programs· Ability to relate to all levels of the organization and internal/external customers with courtesy and professionalism· Effective comprehension, presentational and verbal/written communication skills· Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized personality· Ability to perform as part of a team· Ability to multitask The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:· College degree in English, Journalism, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience) Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
