Experienced Business Development Officer -- Wealth Management

Job Summary:

The selected individual is responsible for developing new business, with little responsibility (less than 10% of time) devoted for managing client relationships, providing advice or servicing clients.



Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Officer can expect to focus in the following areas: Sell, market and bring new clients to the firm Identify, cultivate and track new opportunities for the firm Implement and manage an overall sales and growth philosophy across the firm Develop and manage marketing outreach, including public relations, communications and events

Qualifications:

The position typically requires the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience (preferably 15 years or more), with demonstrated results in business development and sales Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university Securities License (eg - Series 7, 63, 65, 66) CPA (preferred) and/or PFS and or CFP; MBA Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM software Networking, business development and selling acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client first attitude Self-starter, energetic, assertive Team player, excellent people skills Desitre/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

Salary and Benefits:

Pay/benefits are competitive based upon industry standards.
