Executive Assistant

This position contributes to the success of our organization by providing superior customer service to a member of our Executive Team.  The successful individual will have a history of supporting, coordinating, and organizing C-level Executives. 

 

Areas of Responsibility:

 Arranges schedule, meetings, appointments Prepares and coordinates schedule for on-site visitorsPrepares and organizes meetings and presentationsPrepare, copies, and files correspondenceCoordinates and responds to communications Prioritizes and organizes work flow Prepares reports and delegates assignments as needed

Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Five to seven years C-Level Executive Assistance experienceHandle confidential and sensitive materials with discretionSelf-starter requiring minimal supervision Proven ability to multi-task and accomplish time critical duties in a fast pace environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailStrong working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Word programsPositive Attitude who enjoys working independently as well as in a team environmentMust be flexible with regard to work schedule
